Silco's wearing his usual clothes, he looks bored while he's writing on his journal. Vander says "Oh! Wow! This is really good!" Second panel: Vander's hand is holding what looks like a grape, he's saying "hey, Sil! Wanna try?" while Silco's still looking at his journal, distracted.
