I have to admit, the #AWS announcement at #reinvent2024 for EKS Auto is a game changer. It lowers the barrier to entry for organisations who don't have a deep understanding of #kubenetes, instead relying on AWS's deep knowledge to make use of sensible defaults. Blog post to follow!

What are the logs saying, anything useful in there? Can you try deploying it using the console (you might get different errors which could be useful)

If the previous Lambda Function worked using that script, then I guess the next question is, what's different between the two Lambda functions?

I'd bet it's the Execution Role that provides the function with the necessary permissions. Obviously I might be wrong, check your logs and see what they say. docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/lates...
