last summer I took a week-long vacation hoping it would help the Current Events Burnout and it didn't do anything!!! I was just as burned out when I got back as I was when I left!!!
truly I am at a loss for what more I can do coping-mechanism-wise anymore. I'm moving my body, I'm getting enough to eat (and trying to make sure there's vegetables in it), I sleep 7+ hours most nights, but my physiology feels like a dryer that's shaking itself loose.
