It's never kept me awake like it's supposed to, but I went this weekend without it. I figured I'd easily nap yesterday morning nap because I slept badly the night before but never actually felt tired until I finally got some caffeine late in the afternoon. 😆
So... Caffeine makes me sleepy. My brain is backwards. 🤦♀️
Its ridiculous because it hasn't changed anything but your knowledge of you and maybe how to have a better life because of that. People are the worst. But I understand. I haven't told many my full diagnosis for many of these reasons.
As someone who had 2x per week ultrasounds after 32 weeks because of complications, I also "did my research" and the only thing I found with any scientific backing was a correlation with left handedness. My child did turn out to be left handed but that runs in my family. 🤷♀️
My area was $2.57 on Monday morning ... $3.19 by Monday afternoon and jumped to $3.49 yesterday. 😒
