a black and white image generated from a scan of a photograph. the image is extremely dithered consisting mostly of pure black and white pixels, but it's also quite large at 3300 pixels across. the result is it displays moiré effect patterns depending on what screen you're viewing it on and different scales. the photograph depicts a vintage streetlight being viewed from below at an extreme angle, in front of an apartment block with many balconies. seemingly random scribbling dots the balcony rooves and the left side of the building.
