Pretty sure that John Cleese blocked me on Twitter. He was posting about how reprehensible the shift toward political correctness was or something. I pointed out that that's easy to say when you wouldn't really be the one suffering if it just went away.

I might start drawing again. I haven't drawn by hand in almost seventeen years. For a few years in between I did do digital art but I used a mouse for that. I suppose it's going to take a while to shed the rust, and I should not get disappointed by how appalling my skills have become.

I used to Google random stuff. It was fun. Now I'm literally afraid to, because I don't want it to suddenly affect my YouTube recommendations. No, Google, I *don't* want to watch videos related to medieval shoes. I was curious *once* for two fucking minutes.

Or a tactic which works for them often. When doing something nefarious that actually does damage, start a distraction which has the potential to divert public attention. Something that would get people riled up without costing them much. When starting wars, get the news to talk about college sports.
