Juist: 'Een democratisch raamwerk ontwerpen waaraan een sociaal medium zou moeten voldoen om op de Europese markt actief te mogen zijn.' Heel veel ingewikkelder is het niet, maar de boel moet wel zo snel mogelijk op slot, want op de autocratische as lijkt het nu of nooit.
