Dream was pleased that Delirium was amenable.
He had slowly grown used to having her around.
Her voice filled the quiet spaces when he didn't speak.
He enjoyed listening to her ramble about this and that.

The last time he was in The Waking, Superman wasn't a thing.
Now there are these 'superheroes' everywhere.

His Family - The Endless

Dream relaxed slightly as he saw that Delirium was telling the truth.

"Forgive me little sister. I worry after you sometimes."

He smiled and leaned in so only she could hear him.
"I need your help dear sister."

A small amused smile touched his lips. A rare thing for the God of Dreams to smile.
Persephone was the only person of late who could pull such an expression from him.

Oh no. He's not going to. It was merely a suggestion.
He has no reason to do such a thing.
He'll only do something to her if she tries to mess with him or his family.

Dream arched up his eyebrow.

"Trapped? Did someone trap you in there? Who was it?"

His eyes become as dark as the void between the stars.
If someone did this to his sister there would be hell to pay.

Dream just stared at Frank as if he had done the most offensive thing ever.

Relief flooded Dream's expression when Persephone seemed to be glad to see him.
He held her tightly and leaned into her touch when she cradled his face in her hands.

Dream's eyes were full of worry that Persephone would be angry with him.
He shouldn't have worried but he couldn't help it.
He loved the Goddess so very very much.

He wonders if @springswrath.bsky.social would be willing to see him after he's been gone for so long.

He'll create as many beautiful flowers as it takes for her to forgive him.
