I understand this idea comes from a sincere place, but I hope you are seeing the reactions here. We need the 1% to pay MORE taxes, not the rest of us to not pay any taxes.
Jews are targeted in shuls & online.

Muslims are openly targeted by politicians.
Activists & journalists are targeted by the FBI.
Trans & queer people are being outlawed.

If you are on private property, owners can set their own rules about photography and filming.
