Van de 40 was het aantal dat actief vastte op 2 handen te tellen, relatief weinig. Er was ruimte voor elkaar, elkaars wereld, geloof, wensen. Er was ruimte voor gebed. Mensen hebben uitgebreid gekookt en gebakken. En vooral, uiteindelijk, heel veel samen gelachen.
Vanavond een prachtige iftar gehad met meer dan 40 mensen, met Syriërs en Turken, Oekraïners en Russen, Somaliërs en Bolivianen en Nederlanders. Geen haat, geen verdeeldheid, geen anders zijn. Gewoon, nuchter en relaxed, samen mens zijn.
