I reached out to the Biss campaign to ask about this and was told they're "looking into it." But I did a quick search through FEC filings and couldn't find any evidence of the firm being a vendor or outside spender, or of Biss and two others listed here having weird overlaps. Details below:

There's a lot of bad advice out there about hiring senior level people for critical roles. I still haven't found a better method than giving someone a discrete project, with clear KPIs and timelines, paying them for the work (cause they are working), and then judging them based on the work product.
