Guess he was fed up of Leeson the place.
(A topical financial lol for you there, lads)
Reminds me of this h2g2 entry I wrote many moons ago as a young wag.

The character Sheila, the Thief from animated 1980s series Dungeons & Dragons, wearing her trademark cloak of invisibility, and thigh-high leather boots. All in all a somewhat racy combination that doubtless had an effect on some young viewers and encouraged them to play D&D.
Many happy memories of walking up the Chew Valley path with my gran as a young lad, stopping every 10 metres to look back and catch my breath.
Is it because you're doing this with Creme Eggs?

I have asked my old school @bedfordschool.bsky.social to join in this project, as they are a BSA member. The Bedford School Roll of Honour is already transcribed here:

Great that it's in its original wooden box. Any chance the maker's mark has been painted over?
Two friends say pale pink and white. I cannot see anything but grey and light turquoise.
Hi Vera. I can send more details separately but in essence a friend will be in Krakow in April and is interested in on-the-ground resources there, rather than online. Paternal gt-grandparents named Cohen and Meister from the area, born c.1880, moved to London c.1900. Good archives to contact.
Thanks, Lorna!
Thank you!
Thanks!
Any experts here on Krakow, Poland family history resources? I've a UK friend visiting later this year, gt-grandfather from there.

They have taken New York to San Francisco. An intercity disco. An intercity disco in the deep.
As your office?
Any idea why the bark design stops two thirds of the way up the bowl on this one?
By spreadsheet I assume you mean logbook
A tough job, thanks for taking one for the team, HfP
'Buonanima' in Italian, possibly? Good soul.

But washing machines live longer with Cylon!
The jury's out! So to speak.
If you can get a good scan of the negative, at high resolution, it may work well to then open the scanned image in a separate program such as IrfanView (free, I have no links to it) and reverse the negative in there. For B&W images, at least. Good luck!
