They only bloom when conditions are exactly right, the right winter cold followed by the right spring warmth. You can’t predict them. You can’t force them. They happen on their own sacred timeline 💚

5 ounces of spinach, steamed in 1/4c soy milk
1 small avocado
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds.
And for me just sprinkled with salt since I have interstitial cystitis, I can’t have fancy seasonings. 362 calories, 15g protein

Don’t give up on it. I have one orchid I left for dead multiple times. When I got the puppies 4 years ago, nearly all my plants bit the dust. Thought the orchid was for sure dead. This is the first year it’s trying to actually bloom since! The puppies stomped it on the floor more than once 😁
Hmm that’s a great idea.
I have nearly a pound of the most beautiful fragrant stinging nettle that I can no longer use as tea. Makes me sad. I LOVE it!
