It's the most important form of praxis imo, mutual aid. Once you demonstrate consistency then you'll build a reputation that will let you expand into bigger things more effectively.
If you build it, they will come. Eventually, you can expand your operation to include more folks and food, but start small and focus on consistency and stay within your capacity.
Start small. Consistency is the focus at the beginning. Being consistent is more important than volume at first. Once you get a consistent time/area, then you can print fliers for that and hand them around to folks. It only takes one person with some sandwiches and water at first.
