Good question! The quick answer is pure aesthetic to add to the weird factor. The longer answer is that she's been changed on such a level, her teeth being being different signifies that the changes go beyond the surface

Aster (pailknight's character) later joins her, and offers her an outlet to vent her frustration. She offers Charlie a pen to throw. She takes it and whips it across the pavement to no satisfaction.
Turns out playing WoD is what finally gets me to practice/ experiment with actually making comics again. Go figure. These two arent immediately sequential, just imagine theres a page or two missing. Context in ALT text.
