Looks like the uni departments don't exist either. So is this a journal making fake articles for itself to appear more legit? That's the only people I can think of as benefitting from this.
Just come across a paper in a journal I've never heard of, and the references are real (the ones I've checked; one has an typoed page number but otherwise fine) and attributed to the right people, but many of them have titles that aren't a 100% match, and there are no in-text refs. Weird?!

I learned that when I put $10k on my credit card on a Friday night to buy grape Viagra. But upside, it meant that I could take my newborn son, who had just had open heart surgery, home from the hospital.
