The colorful stage of autumn was almost over, but with the sun fighting its way through the mist it was very atmospheric nevertheless 🥹

We didn’t have a lot of time, because we visited on the way home from Prague and wanted to meet up with friends later on elsewhere, so we only walked up through the village and did the first tour available, which sadly didn’t include the chapel. It was great though, even the kids enjoyed it ☺️

This one features an 1860s drawing of Karlstejn castle, and I was inspired by vintage Halloween cards, gothic media, & the alchemist's workshop I saw in Prague! 🏰🌹
