Now, I am even more afraid to reach out to people associated with the folk I chased away. I'd like to know that I am okay, but the neediness is another thing that I need to work on. I also know that generally people don't think about me, so even this anxoety is based in distorted perception.
1/2 I can't properly word this yet, but I have a better grasp of it.
The past two years have been hard, and certain personality flaws have led me to chase people away, desparate for attention/affection. I was not given a conversation/chance to improve. I shouldn't expect someone to take that burden.
