I think everyone's time and attention is precious, and I don't take it for granted that there's people who want to support me with these kinds of resources.
vision for art. I genuinely believe in this direction, and I want to find moments of peace and calm in the world we live in, and hopefully illustrate and share those moments with you.
And so, I've decided that I'm gonna change a little in my direction. I might take a bit more time with what I make, but when I do share things, my hope is that it reinforces the trust that you have for me, such that I will try my best to make things that are in line with my-
take breaks or if they have periods where they don't have anything new, or if they want to try something new. To me, they've earned my trust and appreciation, and I feel like any wait is worth seeing the things they make. And i thought, maybe that's how people feel about me too!
i used to constantly feel like i wasn't doing enough, that my art output was quite slow, and this pressure i put on myself was really starting to hurt how i felt every day

thank you so much if you finished reading to this point, i hope these things were insightful and helpful for you to read and possibly try out yourself!
step 5 | finishing
here i like to add a lot of filters to adjust color, values, and details of the entire piece. i make a list of everything that doesn't look appealing, anything that i notice doesn't read easily on the eyes, and anything i want to try to enhance the piece more
