If you're seeking a more diverse spread of perspectives (especially in tech, which is the nexus of everything currently happening) I find this is a good tool. I ignore trends and curate my own UX, aiming for diverse perspectives. Algorithms are truth-killers, so I avoid platforms that use them.
Imo different platforms offer different use-cases. If you want to find your people and organize, this isn't the place for that (no social platform is safe for such purposes, and sycophantic followings aren't healthy or helpful)
