to take a long train ride vacation at some point in my life.
Going to restart the book "Around the world in 80 trains."
I had tried reading it when I was first getting sick, but had a hard time concentrating because the pain was so severe.
Very excited to get back into this book, because it was really good.
And, I've also always wanted

And you know these guys are going to run on the platform:
"Well, at least we're not the other guys."
Same platform they've had for years. π
These kinds of stupid things do not win your political party points. At all.
All of these politicians are completely detached from reality, and what people are actually experiencing in their day-to-day lives.
Extremely pathetic.
Edit because I don't feel like going back through and shuffling things around: All of those statements should be "one of the highest in the nation."
actually be regulated, that could have a real financial impact on people's lives.
But instead, we're going to worry about some bright lights. π
I used to play night tennis growing up, I'm not even sure if that's allowed under this new proposed law.
Why is our health insurance marketplace, the highest in the nation?
Why are our income taxes, the highest in the nation?
Why is the cost of living, one of the highest in the nation?
Why are the state gasoline taxes, the highest in the nation?
ETC.
There is so much stuff that could
NY will create all kinds of bogus laws and regulate everything right down to how many pieces of toilet paper you're allowed to use, but they won't actually regulate the right things.
Like why are our electricity costs highest in the nation?

I've got a huge gap on my resume due to chronic illness and probably will never be able to get a job again (if I ever got well enough), and this guy is out here committing crimes and is immediately hired. π€£π€£
Just finished reading "The Spellshop."
Took me forever to finish, because of the fatigue.
The first roughly half of the book was a bit of a grind and I almost gave up on it.
The second part of it was decent.
3/5 stars for me.

behaviors and how it relates to dementia.
This physical therapist has numerous years working with geriatric patients with dementia, and is able to spot the different behaviors and signs. And explains them in layman's terms to the public.

Now, the dumbasses that surround him are wearing them not to be nice and play along with the illness, but because they're afraid of him getting mad and undermining their political careers if they don't wear them.
There's a really great physical therapist on Instagram, that covers all of his
The reason why Trump is doing this, is because of his frontotemporal dementia.
One of the clinical signs, is that the person likes to give out their favorite thing to lots of people "close" to them.
This is a dementia behavior, along with many others that he is displaying.
Now that I can sit upright more, I do need to get started on rotator cuff exercises since they are totally destroyed from using a manual wheelchair (the little I used it over the years, because I'm bedridden).
My right one has limited mobility. π
Tonight was the first night my PT exercises for my legs felt "good." Like I was doing PT in a normal, healthy body (which is not true obv, because I still have an "untreated" DVT in my stent restricting 60% of the
flow area).
Also readjusted the forearm crutches, bc I forgot how tall I am.
Has anyone else seen a massive deterioration in their speech-to-text on their phone?
Mine now regularly misses words, misspells things, etc. It's gotten really bad the past few months.
Not sure what's going on?
And I don't always have the energy to correct things.
A Moderate Risk has been issued with a 15% CIG2 Hatch area. Confidence is increasing that any storm in this environment will have the potential to produce EF3+ tornadoes. Take today very seriously.

The βlong covid is going away on its ownβ myth was started by an influencer named βHealth Nerdβ who is an Australian epidemiologist who thinks US kids shouldnβt be vaccinated against COVID-19 (cuz AUS/UK donβt) and that NYC should have ran unethical RCTs on hospital visitation in 2020. Not science.
The Trump DOJ has been taking down Epstein files.
The massive tranche of files the Justice Department currently maintains is more than 65,000 pages shorter than what the agency initially released, according to a CBS analysis β and the number continues to fluctuate.
Ooooooo!!! That sounds really good.
I love rotisserie chicken so much. There's so much flavor in it!

Ready-made salads are my jam.
I do wish they were a little bit bigger and a little bit cheaper per lb though.
I feel like these are part of the solution to eating healthier, bc they lower the energy and time barriers.
Gotcha! π
You don't have to have a sense though, text messages are time stamped.π
I try to keep up with my friends, and if they're going through a difficult time or a big life transition, I try to check in a little more frequently. And a lot of times, it's just met with a black hole.
months to check in?
It's been really disappointing.
One of the things I was not prepared for as an adult, is how little effort some people put into maintaining friendships/relationships while simultaneously expecting them not to fail.
I don't get it.
Do people think it's acceptable if you're healthy and able-bodied, to only text once every 6
