fyi this happens because certain characters (e.g. accented letters) can be represented as a single code point (composed) or multiple code points forming a grapheme cluster (decomposed). Normalizing makes the chars consistent for accurate comparisons etc. 👍

kind reminder normalize your strings even when working with GPT-generated text, it can return decomposed characters ❤️ wasted so much time on such a small little thing haha

Nothing planned for the near future afaik. My temp workarounds have been continuously deploying previews (suboptimal, but can be fast depending on your func size) or using Wrangler locally for tiny functions that aren't env dependent
