Nach Nummer 36 wird die folgende Nummer 36a eingefügt: ‚36a. Nach § 56 Absatz 1 Satz 6 wird der folgende Satz 7 eingefügt: „Zweifel an der Arbeitsunfähigkeit sind insbesondere anzunehmen, wenn Leistungsberechtigte Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigungen wie- derholt zur Entschuldigung der Nichtwahrnehmung von Meldeterminen nach § 59 oder von Terminen bei potenziellen Arbeitgebern vorle- gen.“ ‘
Wo kämen wir denn hin, wenn eine Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung von Ärzt*innen noch als Entschuldigung für verpasste Jobcenter-Termine gelten würde?!
Auch eine meiner Lieblingsstellen aus den letzten Einigungen zur Ersetzung des Bürgergelds durch die Grundsicherung.

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
