I really liked frogs when I was younger and when I was first on the internet there wasn’t many custom species that were very froggy like that I could imprint on, so I just started to make my own, and now here we are still croaking as a frog online!!

(5/5) If anyone from #VRChat does hear this somehow please just read your own newsletter about the announcement for Spookality2021 and remember how exciting that was for REAL PRIZES with no restrictions other than quest and pc compatibility. It would go a LONG way to bring back this level of quality
(4/5) I would love to return to Spookality some day but until they start putting creators first and stop trying to use us as advertisements for shiny new SDK systems tech demos for avatars and let us just make something we want for the contest I no longer feel like my submission matters
(3.2/5) . . . ONTOP of the fact that the marketplace is the new shoehorn for the contestants becuase its #VRChat new thing. I have no problems with the marketplace and I think its really healthy for the platform but as a reward for the contest? Ridiculous!
(3.1/5) The prizes this year despite community outcry for anything better is argubly worse. They are STILL splitting 1 year of VRC+ among team contestants rather than just giving all 4 of them the 1 year of VRC+. It means that if you are a group of 4, you all get 3 months EACH
(2/5) Bonus points for systems most VR users dont have separate creators by tax bracket. I dont own face tracking hardware and most newer headsets dont either without heavy modifications. This means that if you DO own the harware and your avatar supports it you are just more likely to get top 10

Ive been participating as an avatar creator since 2021 and over the past two years decisions made by the developers to shoehorn features into the avatar systems for bonus points has been absurd🧵(1/5)
