The total amount being considered is €30 billion. As these would be bilateral loans, they would not require EU approval.

Did you know? Russia is piling up pressure on Kosovo to release a Russian and two Belarus citizens arrested 3 w ago. The suspects are being investigated for illegal border crossing, espionage, illegal possession of fire arms and terrorism.

Russia has publicly asked the Kosovo government to release a Russian citizen and two Belarusians detained after entering Kosovo illegally.
Kosovo authorities arrested them for crossing the border without authorization and are reviewing the case.
Moscow has not recognized Kosovo’s independence.

He said Kosovo stands firmly with the United States of America in its actions against Iran.
