Yesterday I joined the #homerathon at the National Hellenic Museum as they read the entire Odyssey (in English translation, with guest appearances by several other languages). I got the bow stringing scene. It was good fun, and a nice return to my classics roots.

More than 30 years ago) as a Latin teacher I self-published a pair of Latin textbooks. Miraculously, last month I was able to export them to PDF with a CC by-nc-sa licence.

People pirating my book to READ it is one thing, probably they wouldn't have bought it anyway, maybe they'll tell someone else about it, etc.
