OK, I did a bad thing. I just won this Auction. I need to pass the hat. Please DM me if you want to throw money at this so I can actually make bill payments.
saltines each with a little curl of butter atop have long been one of my comfort foods
photograph of two lego BeatBits tiles: "Touch Harmony", a spaceman-like helmet with a colorful explosion within and incoherent writing above and "Spooky Filter", a VHS-like illustation of a ghost with a door in the background and some incoherent writing
Took the kid to the Lego bulk bins today and he found maybe the two creepiest BeatBits tiles. He's now made a "television" that he's using to identify where in the house ghosts may be haunting doors.
Don't trust these companies to do right by any films, but especially radical ones. Preservation is important. Art and media that challenges the status quo too often appears to be forgotten on purpose by those who have the power to make those decisions.
it is my great regret to inform you that the salty sea air finally consumed the mounting brackets for this dish and hurled it unbidden to the roof beneath (it had also been deprecated for some years so the primary impact is to myself)

And the strict master Death bids them dance. He wants them to hold hands and to tread the dance in a long line.
screenshot of text reading: Each of the four bodies of English property law could assure a lifetime income to support a widow out of their husband's estate; 'freebench' from copyhold land in manorial law, 'reasonable parts' from moveables in ecclesiastical law, 'jointure' from a marriage settlement in equity, and 'dower' from freehold land in common law. In administering a deceased's estate these rights in widowhood took piority over unsecured creditors, or stipulations in the will. Dower and jointure functioned as legal alternatives; a widow without a jointure could always claim dower (assuming her husband owned real property), though at this date, as almost all propertied daughters married with a settlement, they would expect jointure rather than dower in widowhood.
Everyone should go and immediately read the subsection Property under the Themes heading in the Wuthering Heights wikipedia page en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wutheri...

this is why I use my Nikkor-O 55/1.2, the front-curved focal field for CRT imaging really helps keep the whole face in plane

Five-year-old had a dream/nightmare about βthe long owlsβ (which he emphasizes by stretching his hands apart vertically).Β
They:
- are nocturnal (sure)
- are taller than anything
- are also known as the βvirtrixβ (sp?)
- can assume human form
- have, and I'm quoting here, βhundred-pack absβ

after that it will be available for viewing by appointment on my wall
I wish I had a picture. Essentially, body fully deboned and stuffed, rolled galantine-style into a log with one wing at one end and a leg & foot at the other
North, in Providence. Opened in a formerly-loved space, kept it, served some of the most complex but straightforward food I've ever eaten. The "Almost Boneless Whole Fried Chicken" is one of the best presentations I've ever had in my life. I think about it all the time.
He also wrote a 150-page book about the entire process of inventing and marketing it, which we have on @archive.org!
