A two-page spread of what is allegedly the late Dale Earnhardt’s recipe for “fish and vegetable rolls”: flounder filets wrapped like a burrito around asparagus and carrot sticks. Again the art and science of food photography was not in the ‘90s what it is today so it looks dry as a bone and flavorless
