The targeting of Native Americans by ICE is so widespread, tribal governments all over are responding. To protect tribal citizens from ICE raids, tribes are holding events to help citizens get updated IDs and even speeding up the printing and processing times.

Whenever a white person says they're living on "stolen land," they have to give $20 to the nearest Indian.

Every Democratic member of Congress should be on a plane to Minneapolis right now to join the people protesting in the streets. Federal elected officials should physically place themselves between the public and these dangerous thugs sent to terrorize this American city.

Things are pretty fucked up when Native Tribes are telling their citizens to carry multiple forms of identification πͺͺ make sure they are not detained by ICE.

Our tribal identification affirms our citizenship and political status. Our Nation is a sovereign government and our members are not immigrants. We are not subject to immigration enforcement on our own lands. Any federal activity within our boundaries must recognize and respect our tribal sovereignty, treaty obligations, and established jurisdictional boundaries. Any ICE presence or activity within our lands is not authorized, not welcome, and will be addressed. Unauthorized personnel will be escorted off our lands.

This day - January 6th, 2021 - should've been the end of it. But rather than respect the American voters' will, the kooky far-right instigated a terrorist assault against the United States Capitol building.
