I never had programming skills to lose. It was always the biggest gap in my skill set. AI has made me far more powerful in my role and made my team more efficient. Have been able to create things that would otherwise be far beyond my skill set.

You're a threat. The more credible you appear to be, the harder they're going to try to bring you down. And, if they can't bring you down they're going to try to buy, threaten, or blackmail you.
