100%. It was good throughout, but it really won me over with what they wanted to say with it.
What a lovely film. Not the most original, but its own twist on the concept, and the final act really hit me. I love when a horror movie (though this one is quite mild) isn't afraid to be sweet and sad as well. #horrorsky #mjrfilms

tiny men co-opt what they considered "truth" only insofar as they could use it to exploit people and scrape together power; but it did open me somehow, in a new way. To new honesty and deeper truths. To a darkness I was surprised to find close, warm, and only a little darker than I'd imagined. 3/3
my and others' pain, regardless of belief, prayer, or practice, led to agnosticism for a while that I knew was atheism but was afraid to name so. My mother passing made that easier. Watching my former beliefs get co-opted by the absolute worst of humankind didn't open my eyes, as I'd seen before 2/3
