Went to Crystal yesterday on a whim and noticed that it’d be possible to top my Slopes friend leaderboard for vertical in a day based on the rate I was going, so…

Visibility at the top was poor almost all day but the base of Rainier and the White River became visible at the end of the day.

The building is comprised of four square columns which each slightly taller than the previous, creating a stepped appearance at the top. Balconies extend from all sides. The building is predominantly white with brown panels on walls behind the balconies. The surface of the water is moderately smooth with some ice near the seawall.
