It reminds me of upload where they have a Christmas like feast that is clearly spun out of the show version of Amazon sale day. It's nice to have tradition for the family and everything but when it get out of end and becomes just for the consumerism I hate it. Especially for poor families & kids.

Oh, eggs hint is super common in France. We had a big garden (we lived in the country side) so often my aunt (who lived more in the city) came with my cousin so we could do hunt.

The tradition in France is that the chocolate are left by the Easter Bells, but the Easter bunny has been imported too.

Yeah same for us, either eggs, chicken or rabbit in chocolate that you hide around, if you have one usually in the garden.
