Yikes!
Maybe just take out Rose? The libertarian who ruined it all?
I saw King of New York at Telluride when I lived there back in the day, and the amount of coke that went down between all the principals in the back row of the Sheridan Opera House was terrifying.
Orange Granpa wanted to see things go boom.
Really, that's all the strategy they had.
My beloved Masshole is also furious that Kobe killed himself and all those other people by insisting on taking a show-offy helicopter across LA.
And yes, I've spent a ton of time there. I know about the traffic.
I don't trust any of the refs when the sports gambling companies are advertising during the games and sponsoring the teams.
My brother worked SO MANY horse shows in South Beloit. I lived everywhere from Lake Forest to Mundelein to Cambridge WI to Madison -- that whole route 12 corridor, and our family farm is south of DeKalb.
But that 1st tornado siren at Belwah was always fun!
I'd be fine with killing Big Ski if it'll take the Yellowstone Club with it. But that we're all going to burn up next summer is WAY more concerning.
OMG! Also rural northern IL -- went to Beloit for college, and first siren? All the East Coasters panicked. All us IL/WI types were like, it'll be fine, plenty of time to cross campus to the bar in the basement.
Oh. My blood pressure scared me, so ... It's still pretty baby pool for exercise, but as my 95 year old godmother says -- if you stop moving you die.
Okay, Iโm interested.
OK, so, this is so embarrassing but six months of daily treadmill use means I'm now starting out at what was my max speed at the beginning. And I feel better. Sigh. I hate it when they're right.
OMG! I'm going to have to fly to Seattle and make my stepmother come down from Whitbey to go to the game with me. I need the FRIES BOAT, and the Moose Mousse!
Honestly, I love that park.
I did that last year. Started stuff indoors, and eventually took the tent off and used it as an outdoor plant stand (but had to stake it because it's so windy here!).
If we ever get snow again you can bring them out here and we'll all go sledding and then to the hot springs!
Ramzi is hoping to raise money for food this week if you can help. chuffed.org/project/1319...
I'm 62 and supremely furious that we've had no snow this winter. It's Montana!
And don't get me started on the people talking about how "great" the weather has been this winter.
Only if it's empty, and one of the checkers I know is there, and nods that it's okay.
Oh it's the worst! So sorry Cari -- and you get to be superbly crabby through the whole recovery.
Like those tubes! With little reflector wings (that kept falling off). I mean, I kind of janked the whole thing together, but since I only use it a few weeks a year ... But it's a handy mini greenhouse, and watching things sprout is very cheerful.
Also, I should think about starting tomatoes ...
I have a dear friend who wrote about hunting and fishing for YEARS and has zero sense of direction. Driving with him in the South of France was hilarious. We'd get in a roundabout and I had the map on my lap and he'd start yelling in panic, which would continue a few miles after choosing an exit. Oy
We need the water so badly. Crossing my fingers over here.
I have that one! I had heated seedling mats that fit the shelves, so that was handy. And I had some 3' long LED grow lights so I put them vertically on each side. Not ideal, but it worked.
LED lights are great, and not too spendy. You should be able to buy short ones to hang off the shelves too.
God it's sunny and 40 degrees here in Livingston today. We haven't seen snow on the ground in town all winter.
Only time I got big lost was in Dublin in my 20s. Somehow the 3 blocks between the bus station and our house became an hour and a half of wandering streets that had become totally unfamiliar. I blame the fairies.
It's hugely useful! They're great tools, which is why I've been trying to get him to use one for years.
He's just enormously stubborn, and not ADHD at all, which is very weird for me since I'm by far the least neurodiverse person in my family. (He get's so frustrated with me interrupting. Sigh).
My mother and grandmother, any movie with horses, would bicker over how many horses played the main horse (they were both horse show judges).
Yes, there's a war, but I have tiny greens coming up under my plastic hoop houses in the back yard. It's WAY too early, but if the sun is going to shine, I guess I'm goin to grow stuff.
Hey guys.
The war objectives are due BEFORE you start the war.
