For years the system tried to stop her healthcare, and for the last eight months the investigation has taken our data, our privacy, and our peace without permission. They say they will store it for 20 years.

Diary 1: It was late spring when the surgery told us, in a group meeting, that the investigation was coming. We’d had only a few blissful months of safety after finding that practice. It felt like the bottom fell out of my world. I remember thinking, how many times can one child be put through this?

Already seeing some terrible takes on here about supporting science re the puberty blocker trial.
Science that is unethical & designed terribly, influenced by those who don't want us to exist, is never ever going to lead to useful outcomes.
& this trial will cause immense harm to participants.
Diary 2: We were walking into our new home, after transphobes forced us out of the last one, when she asked, “Mum, what if they take it away?” "We'll fight." I was furious. No child should fear losing lifesaving care. Our kids aren’t unsafe because they’re trans but because of people in power.
Listening to this was like hearing our own story told back to us. My daughter barely escaped this by turning 18. So many others won’t. People need to know what’s happening.
Diary 3: Tonight I’m just tired. Tired in a way that sleep can’t fix. I’m carrying months of fear in my body and I think it’s going to take a long time to let it go. She’s safe tonight, and that should be enough to rest… I’m trying
Diary 4: My younger son has coursework this week and I only realised today. I missed every message from school. I’ve been so wrapped up in trying to keep his sister safe from a system that’s hurting her that I dropped something he needed. This fight takes pieces from the whole family.

3 - To hear he is still in touch with the abusive parents torturing their children, says it all. He made a choice, he chose to only keep in touch with those parents. He heard children were dying and instead chose to listen to the abusers.
I know so many parents who pulled their kids from the govt list this morning after the trial news. It’s happening across the country. How many families are deregistering right now rather than let their kids be harmed by this system? They’re not listening. We are.

Can @zackpolanski.bsky.social please explain why he has not yet met with the parents of the Sussex ICB scandal? The children are being tortured by NHSE. Please explain why this issue is not a matter of urgency? They have been trying for weeks now and you still have not responded.
