You seemed to indicate as long as the AI code is good you're satisfied. I have to disagree with that.

I gave an assignment to an understudy to teach him an API. He used AI for it, ok but incomplete. Now I asked him to apply it for real, AI sent him down a rabbit hole and I had to explain (again) the most basic part of it. Why do I need him at all? I do know how to ask an LLM for code you know.

US Generals have proven beyond all doubt that they cannot be trusted to obey the law. They do not act in the interest of Americans, and therefore should be ruthlessly culled from our armed forces.
