I write this to feel less guilty about doing less today, coz I’m also tired of feeling bad about this.

Having to accept its not logical to continue working like I’m still in my 20s.

Reality is more like working with a failing battery that needs recharging every few hours.

Some days now are very VERY tired days and you know what, it’s OK to just… not… on such days.

(Today is a very tired day, as you might have guessed).

I haven't been on that much, trying to cut down on socials time and do... anything else with my time. Read books lol.

Bad sad algos make me flip tables and that's probably why I was so tired (still tired but less table flipping).
