I really have to stop wearing my watch to bed because I keep snoozing my goddamn alarms in my sleep
Itβs only week 2 so I canβt tell what the outcomes will be like until the first exam but the students feel more confident talaga approaching and consulting IRL
Can I JUST SAY that live lab classes are SO MUCH better for students??? Like duh?? But for serious!
Itβs the second week of class and ang dami na nangyari,,,
Look at me being brave enough to line up for snacks at a summit
When is the sonic shower going to happen.
My three Japanese entry-level fountain pens with gold nibs. :β) I cannot spend anymore. My eyes and my wallet are closed.
L-R: Sailor Pro Gear Slim Northern Lights Zoom Nib, Pilot Vanishing Point medium nib, and Platinum 3776 Chatres Blue with Rhodium Trim medium nib.
Kid who accidentally ccβd the entire college of science has had all her enrolment issues solved, thank goodness. She sounded super scared in her initial email so Iβm happy for her. Hay nako.
Kid accidentally emailed the entire College of Science her enrolment problems. I assume she figured it out when thousands of people replied to her email with helpful but confused suggestions. I am one of those thousands.
Finished my lecture for Compana tomorrow and I know that traditionally we just orient on the first day but MAMAβS GOT A SYLLABUS TO FOLLOW
Pilot Oroshizuku inks are wonderful (and the mini bottles in boxes tend to travel safely). I've been using Birmingham Inks recently too -- I like them but haven't found any I love. Really anything but Noodler's.
Had orientations for two of my lab classes today. I think they went pretty well. I canβt wait to see my students at our scheduled F2F session Thursday. Iβve got one more orientation tomorrow, a lecture class, but Iβm diving right into the subject matter right after it
Iβm using a TWSBI and a Sport for this weekβs EDC and enjoying them very much :)
Life Writing paper and APICA notebooks! But I use a Hobonichi weeks (Tomoe) for planning and Muji notebooks when I need to work in the lab! :)
Wow, thank you! <3
My May is very booked and I can only hope that I can keep up with things!
Zoology Workshop!!!!!!!! Excited
Iβm so scared because I am a notorious dropper of gadgets and the Oasis is so silky smooth without a case. Iβve dropped my phone COUNTLESS times now.
Ive got the Zoo plc workshop this weekend, the ge4 summit third week, the biology dept workshop 4th week! Then komiket pride in June, so things are a little hectic on top of my teaching and writing duties. <3 but Iβm happy!
Term starts on Monday and Iβm pre-overwhelmed because of all the things that are happening in May :) but all good things! Iβm esp excited for the summit I get to attend in the 3rd week. Have to finish ppts for class orientation soon.
My kindleβs case gave up the ghost after five years and it is WAY too vulnerable without one. Canβt believe people go without cases? Just a popsocket between them and god?
Hereβs hoping!
