A compiler is deterministic and runs on my machine. Some company cannot ban me from using a compiler.

Took me 6 months, multiple calls, and an email to my Congressional representative to figure out the minor error that kept the IRS from sending me my refund. It also took several phone calls to sort out a health insurance issue I knew the insurance company was wrong about.
