I had that wicked flu that is going around and these breathing issues are hanging in there. I can't even walk 10 feet without feeling completely out of breath - so distressing. I am okay as long as I stay still, hence the classes going back online.

I am still suffering a dry, barking cough and awful shortness of breath. It was so bad on Saturday night that I considered going to the ER; it was truly distressing to not get enough air. Giving a lecture (talking) yesteray was breath-taking. This virus is awful and spreading. Mask up.

I 💜 that my department head said that I can do what I want with #CAPS301 because preparing this lecture on aviation, space and deep-sea diving physiology is an absolute blast. The stuff the human body can (or cannot) adapt to is amaze balls.
