implemented firehose (s/o @microcosm.blue) which means it’s finally ingesting all the records for the kibun lexicons. it’s a lot more at-compliant now, and you can actually build your own app frontends on top of it if you want to play around 🥳

just so you know, you can comment on statuses now if you feel like it 😌 i will be adding notifications as well down the line

you can now get a direct link to your statuses on kibun. each status has its own permalink, and there's a share to bluesky button on every status page. also beautiful og images for statuses link previews are coming later today

actually some emojis are made of multiple unicodes for like skin tones, flags, etc. so there is a check that only allows up to four glyphs to cover those cases to prevent people from abusing it. so can't say a really a bug but yeah
btw, you can now cross post your status updates straight to Bluesky 🦋

thanks, actually i had previously made an account with the domain as my handle, but the verification email never came through so the domain is stuck on that account for now 😔 i'll give it another try in a few days
