Thank you for making great educated points in support of UBI.
We didn’t realize they’re a NAFO troll, so remember boys and girls when it comes to the internet, don’t 👏 feed 👏 the 👏 trolls! 😂

In the liberal tradition, property rights come from self‑ownership: if we own ourselves, we own the products of our labor. That right has limits when others lack “enough and as good” opportunities. Basic income is a way to universalize those opportunities and keep the promise of that tradition alive
Ok we will answer where UBI comes from simply,… it does not come from your personal fare wage.
One way it can come from IS a tax on wealth extraction from the local resources. Eg oil reserve wealth extraction is taxed
Similar to Alaska Permanent Fund or Sovereign Wealth Funds
Just so you are aware the ‘Answer’ is also on our website. It’s been there the whole time.
#UBI
Yes we will answer as clearly as possible, but understand from our end. We are not sure you understand economics.
Do you know what wage theft is?
There all multiple proposals
But first, do you understand where money comes from?
There you go feeding our mouth again
Please ask a question
In your country do you ask a question then feed the other persons mouth
That’s not asking. Try asking correctly without feeding our mouth with your words.
Also for your info it’s on our website.
What’s the difference between wealth and income?
Do you know the difference between blue collar and white collar work?
Where does money come from?
We DID NOT say UBI comes from A fare wage.
!!!
Every damn thing I do now but be able to sleep at night.
Hey, we are trying to understand your position…
Being backhanded is weakness. We keep asking you questions and all you do is throw your sick twisted life experience at us.
Tell us how we think or what we know one more time.
Does an animal make a fence around property, then enslave other animals to labor and extract wealth from their labor only then to also charge rent for living on the property.
When did we say UBI comes from your fare wage.
Explain to us where it comes from.
Last time we checked “hard working” billionaires were ruining society
Sounds to me you had to struggle in life. I guess that means we all need to go down your path in life. Your’s is the way… yours is the life we all must follow.
We’re still fail to see your argument.
How about this, do you believe in unfettered and unlimited extraction of wealth out of society?
wen my fren
ok,... *checks history... wen they give you a UBI?
Help, us we are still failing to see your connection to the straw man idea of UBI as a failed commumist ideal?
Definitely run more. Cook from scratch and stop eating UPFs. Play the piano and accordion again. Probably start sewing again. Do loads of fell walking with my husband. Play with the dog. Clean and redecorate the house. The list goes on.
Great!, would you be willing to tell us where you live and what type of UBI was implemented that failed?
I'd initially keep working to save for retirement and pay off my house, but both of those things would happen faster. I'd support local arts and businesses. I'd take more time off, travel more, volunteer more.
I would finally finish the novel series, and poetry chapbooks, busk and record my blues-soul-gospel-jazz sound, maybe try my hand at drawing and painting…
We're not terribly well off but have education privilege already, so I think we'd probably be saving some of it for the children's education and some for a slightly larger house. But it would also mean we could comfortably go on holiday, so that bit would go back into the economy.
I would design knitting patterns and not feel so bad that I'm disabled and can't work full time.
I'm about to get it (effectively) - a state pension. Am I going golfing or signing up for cruises? Nope, I will have the security at last to start a small business doing stuff I'm really interested in, supporting my local economy and yes, paying tax, hopefully for many years to come.
Education. Then I could get a good job and not need basic income assistance. Healthcare until America finally joins the rest of the world and provides some type of universal healthcare.
Invest more in my small business, give more gifts to family and friends, increase my donations. I give to food banks, but hopefully there would be less need for them with UBI. But I could find a new cause.
