There was nothing especially Italian about it, but I guess in my mind, it was Italian just as a means of disambiguation, like how you might specify an Italian meringue or an Italian greyhound. But now he won't stop saying Mamma Mia at me.
Last night I had a nightmare I was in bed with someone who looked like my husband but was not him. This was terrifying and when I woke up, I tried to explain to him what exactly I dreamt about. But the only adjective my sleepy brain could find to add to "doppelganger" was "Italian". I don't... whaa?
