My adhd ass legitimately got distracted and managed to induce some sort of error in the test app on the first attempt and wasn’t permitted to restart or resume the test, so I had to try twice and explain why it was necessary.
I think catastrophic failure of test results are sort of baked into these evaluations. I had to do a digital evaluation once that was like 45 minutes and is done no medication or other stimulants (caffeine). I could not focus for shit and was completely spacing out and results reflected that.
It’s a shame that operational competence and meaningful expertise are both woke.

There’s definitely an element of that, but it’s not the whole the whole thing, I’m 6’3” and I don’t think most cis people clock me very often even if I’m dressed like a hermit and making no effort. I do think I’m pretty immediately readable by trans people though.
