Patients at risk for aspiration pneumonia due to dementia or stroke related dysphagia must consume solid foods or thickened liquids. Water is a no no.

I just got off a horrifying phone call.
Per my former colleagues in CENTCOM, the rumors are true. Iran simply has more missiles than we have to intercept them. Iran has been stockpiling for decades and increased drone capacity after last year’s bombing.
Our bases may end up sitting ducks.
