I build in debug-ability with every prompt/spec/prd these days. logging at a minimum. usually a show debug info setting or flag. once out of a moment of desperation, said "pretend this had MCP , what would it tell you"
and if you label your documents "January...", "Feb..." they are no longer lexically sortable and I hate everything about that.

Can confirm. some chunk is usually just misattributed, but the rest is probably related to simple exposure and/or the advertising rule of seven.

So even a four day weekend only gives you maybe a day of rest without intrusive work-thoughts.
The Myth of the three day weekend:
All the research indicated it takes about 72 hours for your brain to “detox” from work.
A three day weekend means you spend the whole 3 days with work thoughts still in your brain.
I get affect vs effect correct every time and I even plug in the USB-A cables the right way up most of the time, but ask me to spell gaurantee and I get that red underline taunting me like a toddler who found their first ever noisemaker.

You also need some stage-awareness here. Long sales cycles are killers for bootstrapped and even seed funded startups. You need cash flow or runway to support them. And you need high enough pricing and strong enough market fit so that you can justify those long cycles. Both are rare early.
I feel like there should be a middle point that's is catchier than "I believe in kindness, helpfulness and paying it forward but not at the expense of my mental, physical or spiritual well being, and that line is blurry and it's hard for me and others to tell when I cross it"
