I was standing in line at my LGS, waiting to get my box of Mystery Booster, when I saw the headline on my phone that the Thunder-Jazz game was cancelled even after letting fans into the stands.
Yeah, like Kobe wasn't really Kobe yet at that point. It seems normal in retrospect, but he was a 19-year-old kid coming off the bench.

My suspicion is that she's been advised that the, regardless of the outcome of the petition, the separatist referendum won't be allowed to go forward by the courts(hence the question RE: Judges), and so she's getting ahead of that to channel their energy in a direction she finds more manageable.
