This week's comics.
Mail Call!
Ann Radcliffe's second published novel. This one's new to me, so I'm looking forward to it.
As soon as I saw the meme, I knew right where to go.
Make a fandom cry in five words or less.
"He knows, Doctor. He knows."
I understand it's a deli-cut situation.

I'd like a Corned Beef on Rye's Journey and some potato salad, please.
My little man is no longer here, but the debt still remains, if you could share this post, or donate anything at all I would be forever grateful.

Classrooms? LUXURY! We had to learn in bamboo lean-tos under the interstate! We'd have killed for classrooms!
While I'm making recommendations this morning, if you want some seriously Kick-ass historical fiction that I think Robert E. Howard would have loved, I recommend Simon Scarrow's 'Eagles of the Empire' series. No sorcery but plenty of swords and action, with fun characters and great period detail.
I had coffee while at Waffle House, then came home and made more coffee, so Both?
Was rereading Robert E. Howard's Cormac FitzGeoffrey stories "Hawks of Outremer" and "The Blood of Belshazzar" last night. Pretty much 'Conan on Crusade', which was just what I wanted.
There's some speculation that Eisner may have helped with the inking on the first couple of Drew stories. They were produced in Eisner's 'shop' for Fiction House comics.
Jerry Grandenetti always interests me. He did one of my favorite old features, 'The Secret Files of Dr. Drew' and began in his dead-on Eisner style, but later switched to something more his own.
Once they buy it, I have nothing to say about it. They can read it backwards, skip pages, whatever. It's their book. Would I prefer people read it as I intended? Yes. heh
This is how all those 'Paul is Undead' rumors got started.
Heh. I don't disagree. But it's just so goofy I've come to enjoy it.
What's a movie you genuinely enjoy that's known for being bad?
Van Helsing!
Traditional animation for the win!
