One step closer to Soylent.
One step closer to Soylent.
Fun time at the Kentucky Basketball game last night. The team looked much better this time around.
I didn't know about their sourdough, but Jasmin Bakery in Buechel has always had the most wonderful fresh loaves. Bonus, although it's been a few years, the baker was a huge Bosnian guy that looked like a cartoon character.
@ryanadamsofficial.bsky.social thanks for coming to Louisville. Can't wait for the show!
It's upside down so is it detecting water now?
I'd like to think Dems and Reps both did a pretty good job labelling Dems the "party of healthcare" but...reality is fuzzy these days.
Unless the people who voted for their own demise see it in 4K, Dolby clarity, they'll just keep voting for the party of evil. Sadly, this stuff has to happen because they seem incapable of being convinced that they've voted to harm themselves.
Louisville is the same latitude as Lisbon, Valencia, and Athens. But alas...no Mediterranean climate for us.
Hey Wilco! Thanks for visiting Louisville!
Kentucky defeats Illinois to make the Sweet 16!
Is it a strategy of CVS to be so unbelievably bad at brick-and-mortar pharmacies that it forces us to use their mail service?
If I were a colonoscopist, I would love the levity.
Did I do something wrong? Why are all the fake accounts following me on the daily?
The snoot must be warm.
@kentuckybasketball.bsky.social with a big win today! 106 - 100 over Florida in Rupp. This is the first time in 60 years we will play them only once a season so...there's that. We did NOT look good on the boards, but hard fought win.
Untapped market! A million dollar book idea!
Thank you for a fun New Year's getaway West Virginia.
Welcome to Louisville. Hope you and your family like it here!
I iz invibizl wen I sitz still
Hereβs some BS from @nytimes.com where they pretend to break a story in Kentucky and give no attribution to who did, without which no one would have known about this
And...yoink.

We can make conversation feel hopeless sometimes. Women are clearly better at it.
Talking to them, or at them?
"Do you have any proof?"
Before this summer, a street camping citation didnβt exist. It was created by a bill passed during the legislative session, called the Safer Kentucky Act. That ban has also led to a number of bench warrants taken out for the crime of street camping

It's all in the video. An LMPD officer cited a pregnant woman in Louisville for street camping while she was in labor. My latest @kentuckypublicradio.org
www.lpm.org/news/2024-12...
NEW from @sylviaruthg.bsky.social: A pregnant homeless woman in Louisville was in labor and waiting for an ambulance when an LPMD lieutenant came upon her. He detained her and cited her for unlawful camping (Safer Kentucky Act) as the ambulance arrived. She had a baby later that day. There's video.
You can watch the bodycam video here. Warning, it's difficult to watch. He accuses her of faking, yells at her, she's in distress. This is the same officer that heads Louisville's street camping enforcement effort, is appealing his 3-week suspension for covering up an officer assaulting homeless man
Policing is hard. Being a human being...I find that to be less difficult.
There seems to be a general discontent with Biden's pardon of Hunter. The American people have shown what they think of fraud, assault, and treason so, what motivation does he have to give a shit?
