The only rationale would be that they've received a ton of cash from Microsoft and now have to do something in return. Have they? Because on its own, none of this makes any sense.
The Windows Store is a lock-in system that hands over an unwarranted level of control to Microsoft and takes away freedom from people who run Python in a limited environment.
It needs to be opposed, not catered to. Why a FOSS group would make this their *only* distribution model is beyond me.
There's so many tedious things wrong with the way they've done it, and so many half-assed excuses as to why they won't fix it and why it was "wrong before, actually" and therefore your expectations that things *work* are invalid, it's completely ridiculous.
The Python foundation (@python.org) have sunset the MSI-based Python package for Windows, and replaced it with some awkward hybrid Windows Store installation that breaks tons of stuff, and this is among the dumbest, most heavy-handed decisions I've seen a software group of that import take lately.

Vermutlich nicht, aber wenn man erst die genaue Bezeichnung kennt, kann man die Stelle in der GOÄ ausfindig machen. Varianten der Behandlung stehen vmtl. im Bereich daneben. Dann den 2,3 oder (wenn der Arzt es unbedingt wissen will) den 3,5-fachen Satz annehmen und man hat eine ungefähre Idee.
Das hier ist aus 2011, möglicherweise haben sich seitdem die Sätze erhöht, sollte man aber nachschlagen können.
Dazu kämen dann noch Standards wie "Ausführliche Beratung (auch telefonisch)", das ist aber nicht allzu viel.
